Skyshot Business offers the following services:
- Webinars and live online events: Paid online sessions on brand positioning for founders and business owners.
- Strategy calls: One-to-one paid consultation calls priced up to Rs 4,999.
- Parallel Co-Founder Programme: A structured 5-session brand positioning engagement for eligible brands, priced at Rs 1,50,000, payable in milestones.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for business owners, founders, and entrepreneurs operating consumer brands in India. By purchasing any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are purchasing for business purposes.
4. Payments
All payments for webinars and strategy calls are processed securely through Razorpay. Skyshot Business does not store your payment card information. Payments for the Parallel Co-Founder Programme are collected in three milestones as agreed at the time of onboarding.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Skyshot Business reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Any revision will not affect confirmed purchases.
5. Intellectual Property
All content delivered during webinars, strategy calls, and the Parallel Co-Founder Programme including frameworks, methodologies, recordings, documents, and written material is the intellectual property of Skyshot Business. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
The Positioning Pyramid and SPOROID frameworks are proprietary methodologies of Skyshot Business and may not be taught, resold, or represented as your own work.
6. Confidentiality
Skyshot Business signs a mutual non-disclosure agreement with every client before beginning any engagement. Client information, business data, and strategic details shared during any engagement will not be disclosed to third parties. We anonymise all case studies and client references used in our marketing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Skyshot Business provides positioning strategy and consulting advice. Results depend on the implementation efforts of the client. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or sales results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
9. Changes to These Terms
Skyshot Business reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
