1. Webinars and Live Online Events
Webinar registrations are non-refundable. Once a payment is made for a webinar or live online event, it cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
However, if you are unable to attend the webinar you have registered for, you may request a transfer of your registration to the next available webinar session. Reschedule requests must be submitted by email to akash@skyshotbusiness.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is permitted once per registration.
2. One-to-One Strategy Calls
Strategy calls priced up to Rs 4,999 are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted by email to akash@skyshotbusiness.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of purchase will not be entertained. Refunds for eligible requests will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment source.
3. Parallel Co-Founder Programme
The Parallel Co-Founder Programme is a milestone-based engagement priced at Rs 1,50,000, payable in three instalments:
- Rs 50,000 at signing
- Rs 50,000 after Session 2
- Rs 50,000 after Session 5
Each instalment is non-refundable once paid. By making each milestone payment, the client confirms satisfaction with the work completed up to that point and agreement to proceed to the next phase.
If a client wishes to discontinue the programme after signing but before Session 1, a written request must be sent to akash@skyshotbusiness.com. In such cases, Skyshot Business will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
All refund and reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to akash@skyshotbusiness.com with the subject line "Refund Request" or "Reschedule Request" along with your name, registered email address, and order or transaction ID.
We aim to respond to all requests within 2 working days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment source via Razorpay. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
